Journeyman Electrician

Location: Frankford, Delaware (Eastern Shore Region)
Position Type: Full-Time we are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to lead our electrical division in the Eastern Shore region. You will manage field operations, supervise crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires extensive expertise in commercial electrical installations, along with solid experience in residential and multifamily housing projects.Key Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Layout, install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems according to blueprints.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly meets the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Delaware regulations.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain a zero-injury workplace by strictly enforcing OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and clients.
• Material Management: Track inventory, order supplies, and manage tools to prevent project delays.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 2 to 10 years of electrical experience, with a proven track record in a leadership or foreman role.
• Project Portfolio: Deep experience in commercial projects, supplemented by hands-on knowledge of multifamily complexes and single-family residential systems.
• Licensing: Current Delaware Journeyman or Master Electrician license is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Expert ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history to operate company vehicles.
• Leadership: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces.
