Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour, based on experience United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a manufacturing facility in Statesville, NC. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and industrial equipment while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Safely install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and electrical or electronic components of industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty electrical components, including relays, switches, motors, and sensing devices.
• Diagnose, repair, or replace faulty electronic components.
• Diagnose and replace mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment to connect power-supply wiring to machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems.
• Follow all applicable electrical codes, safety procedures, and facility requirements.
• Follow safety requirements when handling chemicals or hazardous waste.
• Assist with projects designed to improve manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
• Complete maintenance projects accurately and within established timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least two years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of NFPA 79 standards.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, diagrams, manuals, and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively with members of the maintenance and production teams.
