Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential turnover cleans including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Deeply sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, cleaning countertops, sinks, appliances, toilets, and showers.
• Maintain detailed living spaces by making beds, dusting baseboards, and wiping surfaces to ensure spotless presentation.
• Uphold high client satisfaction by meeting individual homeowner quality expectations on every job.
• Provide and manage your own professional-grade cleaning equipment, tools, and non-toxic supplies.
• Communicate professionally via the mobile app platform, coordinating arrival windows and job status updates.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of professional residential cleaning experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Own and provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Clear standard criminal background and motor vehicle records checks.
• Carry general liability insurance and janitorial bond insurance policies.
• Registered business entity (LLC) with an active W-9.
• Strong residential cleaning techniques, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and self-motivation.
• Adherence to safety procedures and effective problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working independently or within small cleaning teams (solo or 2-3 members).
• Flexibility to travel between multiple counties based on personal preference.
• Comfort using a mobile app platform for scheduling and client communication.
