Industrial TIG Welding Technician -- Heat Exchanger Components

Join Super Radiator Coils on second shift (Mon-Thu, 2:30 pm-1:00 am) and earn a $1.00/hr shift differential while you craft precision components for coils and heat exchangers used across the globe.

Your impact

• Translate blueprints and work orders into accurate assemblies that meet spec.
• Lay out and mark weld locations using rules, squares, templates, and scribes.
• Set up jigs, fixtures, guides, and stops with exacting alignment.
• Execute TIG welds on stainless and carbon steel from 1/16" to 1/2" thickness.
• Diagnose and rework welds that don't meet criteria.
• Safely remove and handle completed parts using appropriate hand tools.
• Prep materials by grinding, cutting, and drilling to ensure optimal fit-up.
• Model safety-first behavior and adhere to quality standards and company policies.

Where you may contribute

Based on your experience and interests, you could support machine operation, assembly, brazing, welding, crating, tube fabrication, or material handling.

Qualifications

• Read and follow detailed instructions and engineering drawings
• Operate production machinery and hand/power tools
• Measure accurately with a tape measure
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma/GED/Certificate
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of proper PPE

Preferred: Associate degree in Welding; prior manufacturing experience.
