A well-established and growing real estate investment firm in Sonoma is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to support fund-level accounting, reporting, and process improvement across a multi-entity portfolio.

This role will focus on fund-level accounting, consolidations, and investor-related reporting. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure accuracy across entities while helping refine and maintain strong reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare fund-level financial statements across multiple entities
- Perform and support fund rollups and consolidations
- Track and reconcile capital activity (contributions, distributions, allocations)
- Assist with investor reporting packages (quarterly/annual)
- Ensure accuracy of financial data across all entities
- Support audit and tax processes
- Partner with leadership to improve and maintain reporting processes
- Work within and help optimize Yardi
- Experience in real estate fund accounting (required)
- Exposure to fund rollups / consolidations (required)
- Proficiency with Yardi (required)
- Strong understanding of partnership accounting fundamentals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Process-minded with a desire to improve systems and workflows
- $115K - $135K base + bonus
