Work Location: Hybrid - Remote with 1 day per week onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: Day
Hours: 45 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $3,000-$3,500/Week
Eligible States: GA, LA, OK, TN, TX

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and financial analysis activities.

• Prepare and review financial reports.

• Perform account reconciliations and General Ledger activities.

• Support month-end and close-cycle accounting.

• Conduct variance analysis and interpret financial results.

• Retrieve and analyze financial data from ERP and Business Intelligence systems.

• Support financial reporting and management analysis.

• Identify and recommend accounting process improvements.

• Provide accounting guidance and support to staff.

• Prepare financial analysis using advanced Excel functions.

• Communicate financial findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of accounting experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• Strong financial accounting and analysis experience.

• Experience with account reconciliations and General Ledger.

• Experience with month-end/close-cycle accounting.

• Experience with variance analysis.

• ERP and Business Intelligence experience.

• Advanced Excel skills, including:

  • Pivot Tables

  • VLOOKUP

  • Macros

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

• Must reside in or be submitted from GA, LA, OK, TN, or TX.

Pay Rate: $3,000-$3,500/Week
