Job Description: Are you an experienced Automotive Electrician or Electrical Troubleshooter who enjoys diagnosing complex electrical systems? We're seeking a skilled professional to join a leading custom manufacturing company that builds specialized emergency response vehicles. If you have experience with 12V DC and 110V AC electrical systems, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in producing high-quality work, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot 12V DC and 110V AC electrical systems on custom emergency vehicles.
• Install, wire, repair, and test electrical components and assemblies.
• Assemble electrical harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and related components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work orders.
• Identify electrical faults, repair defects, and verify proper system operation.
• Perform electrical testing using voltmeters, test lights, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure all assemblies meet quality, safety, and production standards.
• Report recurring quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Engineering and Production to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with training and mentoring electricians of varying skill levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following 5S practices.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, hazardous materials, and company safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive electrical installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of 12V DC and 110V AC electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems in emergency vehicles, commercial vehicles, specialty vehicles, or similar equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Working knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment including voltmeters, test lights, and electrical measuring devices.
• Comfortable using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced automotive mechanical knowledge is a plus.
