Perfection Group is seeking a results-driven Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Sales Representative to develop new business and manage client relationships in the commercial and industrial markets. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing customized HVAC solutions.
Identify, qualify, and secure profitable project opportunities - including retrofits, replacements, design-build, and large service projects.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and solution presentations.
Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations to develop proposals.
Negotiate and close sales, then coordinate smooth handoffs to project teams.
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
3+ years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related industries.
Understanding of mechanical systems, energy efficiency, and design-build processes.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities in various stages of the sales cycle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
