What We Offer
$55,000-$85,000/year, based on experience
$2,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

What You'll Do
As a Senior Service Plumber, you'll provide professional plumbing solutions directly to homeowners while delivering the high level of service MasterTech is known for.
Diagnose and complete residential plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, drains, and other plumbing systems
Perform residential drain service and troubleshooting as part of daily service calls
Build strong relationships with customers and clearly communicate repair and replacement recommendations
Educate customers on available financing options and maintenance plans
Identify plumbing issues and recommend the best solutions based on the customer's needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle
Work closely with the customer service and dispatch teams to provide a smooth customer experience
Use an app-based system and tablet to document service calls and complete accurate electronic invoices, timecards, and option sheets
Help train and mentor apprentices and less-experienced plumbers
Participate in ride-alongs, 1:1s, and ongoing training and coaching
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed
Represent MasterTech professionally in customers' homes
What We're Looking For
2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to confidently explain plumbing issues and solutions to homeowners
Self-motivated and accountable with a strong work ethic
Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
Neat, punctual, courteous, and professional
