Location: Greenville, MI Shift: 3rd Shift Pay: $21.60 per hour

Job Summary Are you an experienced welder looking for a great opportunity on 3rd shift? We're seeking a MIG & TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for welding aluminum components according to specifications while maintaining high quality and production standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.

What You'll Be Doing As a MIG & TIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include:

• Welding: Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on aluminum components according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Equipment Setup: Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed to produce quality welds.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and production specifications.

In addition, you will maintain a clean and safe work environment, meet production goals while maintaining quality standards, and follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For Qualifications:

• Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience required.
• Experience welding aluminum preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols.
• Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
• Ability to work independently on 3rd shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Skills:

• Strong welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to inspect welds and identify quality issues.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage production responsibilities.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
