NOW HIRING: LOW VOLTAGE INSTALLERS & TECHNICIANS
LEAD is looking for experienced Low Voltage Installers & Technicians with strong cabling and termination skills to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
• Install, route and secure Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber and coax cabling
• Terminate RJ45 jacks/plugs, patch panels and 66/110 blocks
• Perform fiber terminations including LC, SC and ST connectors
• Install and support low-voltage and security systems
• Test and certify cabling using Fluke or similar equipment
• Troubleshoot connectivity and system performance issues
• Read blueprints, schematics and project documentation
• Label and document cable runs according to project standards
• Maintain clean, organized racks and IDF/MDF spaces
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements and procedures
What We're Looking For:
• 1-3+ years of low-voltage or structured cabling experience
• Strong cable termination skills
• Experience with copper and/or fiber
• Familiarity with TIA/EIA standards and best practices
• Ability to use cable testers, tone/probe kits and standard hand tools
• Ability to read prints and follow scope of work
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings
Preferred Experience:
• Security and access control systems
• Fiber optic termination and testing
• OSHA 10/30 certification
• BICSI certification or willingness to obtain
• Commercial construction experience
