Job description
Precision Equipment and Design is seeking an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in precise, high-quality work and can safely fabricate and weld components according to drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities:
Perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of metal components Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications Fit, position, and assemble parts before welding
Inspect finished welds for strength, accuracy, and appearance Operate welding, grinding, and fabrication equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous TIG and MIG welding experience
Ability to produce clean, consistent welds
Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently Welding certification or fabrication experience is a plus
