Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete projects on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of electrical systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technologies.

Requirements:

• Valid electrician's license and relevant certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
