Job Summary We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Spot Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Muskegon, MI. This position is responsible for operating spot welding equipment to assemble metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing

• Operate spot welding machines and related production equipment
• Assemble and weld metal parts according to specifications and work instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Load and unload materials and components safely and efficiently
• Perform basic measurements and visual inspections of parts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S procedures
• Follow all OSHA/MIOSHA safety procedures, rules, and regulations
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What We're Looking For Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or spot welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
