Real Estate Associate
Location: Washington, DC
Direct Counsel represents a prestigious AmLaw firm seeking a Midlevel Real Estate Associate to join its dynamic Real Estate practice in Washington, DC.
Compensation: $250,000 - $280,000 DOE
Key Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of real estate transactional and development experience
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
- Experience with real estate development documentation, due diligence, title and survey review
- Lender-side real estate finance experience required
- Experience with joint ventures, leasing, multifamily, condominium, planned community, manufacturing, or economic incentives is a plus
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- J.D. and active bar admission required
Practice Highlights:
- Represent developers, investors, lenders, and foreign inbound companies
- Work on industrial, technology, advanced manufacturing, and data center projects
