Your Day-in-the-LifeStart of Shift

• Review job travelers, blueprints, and technical drawings to plan weld sequences for steel, aluminum, and stainless components.
• Set up and calibrate MIG, TIG, and Stick equipment for peak performance; prep materials and verify consumables.

Midday Momentum

• Execute precise welds across multiple processes and materials, monitoring parameters to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline setups, improve throughput, and troubleshoot welding-related issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized, hazard-free workspace.

Finish Strong

• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to drawings and standards.
• Document results, flag variances, and recommend process enhancements.
• Clean, maintain, and stage equipment for the next run.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding trade schooling preferred.
• Hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical documents.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Problem-solver with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Welding certification is a plus.
