Position Summary
We are seeking a high-performing In-Home Sales Advisor to help homeowners solve drain and sewer issues through permanent pipe rehabilitation solutions including epoxy coating and CIPP lining. This is a consultative, lead-provided sales role with strong income potential.
What You'll Do
Meet customers in-home following technician diagnosis
Review camera footage and explain pipe conditions
Present Good / Better / Best solutions
Close same-day sales whenever possible
Close & Convert Opportunities
Build trust and urgency using visuals
Offer financing options
Maintain high close rates on provided leads
Collaboration
Work with drain technicians for smooth handoffs
Communicate job scope with installation teams
Documentation & Follow-Up
Enter estimates and notes in ServiceTitan
Follow up on open estimates
Compensation & Opportunity
Uncapped commission structure
High earning potential ($100K-$200K+)
Pre-qualified leads provided
Requirements
In-home sales experience preferred
Experience with high-ticket sales ($10K+)
Strong communication and closing skills
