Maid Perfectly Cleaning is hiring a dependable Evening Janitorial Team Member to clean commercial buildings throughout the St. George area.

Position Details
Location: St. George, Utah & La Verkin
Schedule: Part-time evening shifts
Typical start time: 6:30pm
Approximate hours: 10-15 hrs per week
Pay: $16-18 per hour
Work locations: Multiple commercial buildings throughout St. George and 1 in La Verkin
Transportation: Employees must use their own reliable vehicle to travel between assigned buildings
What This Job Is Actually Like:
This is active, physical janitorial work. You will be walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing cleaning carts, carrying supplies, emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping for most of your shift.
Some buildings are large and require a significant amount of walking. Floors, restrooms, trash, and high-traffic areas must be cleaned thoroughly each night. The work can be repetitive and physically tiring.
We want to be completely upfront: this is not an easy job where you clean one small office and leave. You must be comfortable staying active, following a detailed cleaning routine, and maintaining quality even when you are tired.
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Are dependable and consistently show up for scheduled shifts
Understand that evening availability is required
Have reliable transportation and are comfortable driving between buildings
Are physically able to remain active throughout the shift
Can work independently without needing constant supervision
Pay attention to details and do not rush through assignments

Communicate clearly and respond to work-related messages
Take pride in doing a thorough job
Are looking for stable, long-term part-time work

Are looking for light-duty or mostly sedentary work
Frequently call out or have unreliable transportation
Have difficulty standing, walking, bending, lifting, or mopping for extended periods
Rush through tasks to leave early
Are only looking for temporary work until something else comes along
Do not regularly check or respond to work messages
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift approximately 25-30 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning motions
Reliable phone with the ability to receive calls, texts, and work-app notifications
Consistent evening availability
Prior commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Training will be provided, but applicants must come into the position understanding that commercial janitorial work is physically demanding and requires consistency.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
