Job description
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding order tracking, parts compatibility, and shipping timelines. Assist customers with inquiries about aftermarket diesel performance parts like turbochargers, exhaust systems, and billet components. Proactively resolve customer complaints, process returns, and handle sensitive payment details securely. Coordinate closely with our in-house manufacturing and shipping teams using tools like Slack or email. Qualifications Minimum of 6 to 12 months of customer service experience (automotive or e-commerce background preferred). Basic technical familiarity with diesel trucks or mechanical parts is a significant plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently from a home office with a reliable high-speed ethernet connection
