Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
- $1,000 Sign on Bonus
- $300 Quarterly Morgan Essentials Bonus

- Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
- HVAC certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently and professionally.
- Strong customer service skills and commitment to resident satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
