Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for a 120-unit apartment community. If you're a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and apartment turns, we want to hear from you!
What We Offer:- $23.00 -$25.00 per hour
- Morgan Essentials quarterly incentive, $300 per quarter.

- Complete service requests and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Perform apartment turns, including painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept community
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Multifamily experience is a plus
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience
- EPA certification is preferred, but not required
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in a job well done
