We're looking for a dependable team player who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and is always willing to lend a hand when needed!

- Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for move-in
- Perform drywall repairs, painting, touch-ups, and punch-list items
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Complete trash-outs and maintain clean, safe work areas
- Test locks, keys, and apartment systems
- Assist with grounds upkeep and community appearance
- Support teammates and occasionally assist nearby sister properties
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Rotating on-call schedule (approximately once every 7 weeks)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with apartment turns, drywall, plumbing, and general maintenance preferred
- HVAC/EPA certification is a plus
- One year of related maintenance experience preferred

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
