Service Technician Glen Ellen Apartments Long Branch, NJ
Join our team at Glen Ellen Apartments, a 92-unit apartment community in Long Branch, NJ! We're looking for a motivated Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing excellent service to our residents.
Compensation & Benefits- $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
- $15 per day on-call compensation

- Complete service requests and maintenance repairs
- Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for move-in
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents
- Maintenance, construction, facilities, or apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
