Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst
Location: 100% Remote EST & CST Candidates Only; must be available to work EST business hours.
Duration: 6-12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Rate: $Market/Hour

Description:
We are seeking an Sr. FP&A Manager to support the Executive team by developing financial views, analyzing business performance, and help translate financial data into actionable insights. This person should combine strong technical and analytical skills with the business judgment necessary to understand what is driving the numbers and clearly communicate why they matter.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
Must have proven experience supporting senior leadership and C-Suite executives with financial reporting and analysis.
Strong understanding of P&L statements, and variance analysis.
Experience building or supporting financial bridges.
Must have Hands-on experience with Power BI and financial data visualization.
Experience in Oracle FP&A is highly desirable.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and communicate financial insights clearly.
Must have a bachelors degree at minimum
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to C-Suite.
