Catering Sales Manager

We Are Searching For An Experienced, Professional And Motivated Catering Sales Manager For Our Growing Concept Which Features Entertainment Within Our Sprawling Italian-American Restaurant Venue. We believe in serving up strikingly good food and sophisticated fun with our Italian/American cuisine along with wine, entertainment, a year round outdoor patio and event party rooms accommodating up to 600 people. If our customers prefer to have their sophisticated fun at home or at work, we cater! We have the resources to customize and build a catering order for any business or social function that can include homemade food delivered fresh, complete with a service staff, linens, chairs, portable bocce courts. Live music is available as well. We opened our first location in 1996 and are continuing to grow; we recently opened our fifth location. Title of Position: Catering Sales Manager
Job Description: Our Catering Sales Manager plays a dynamic role in our business by assisting our customers. We plan and host parties at home or celebrations in offices by arranging to have our menu items, heating equipment and relevant party supplies ready for the event. This professional will meet with the customer to organize the details of the function and will ensure operational compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving. The Sales and Catering Manager will report the progress of the caterings to the General Manager as needed and will be responsible for coordinating with other departments and will investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a similar sales management capacity is an advantage
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Must have high computer literacy to use a PC
Must have high organization, supervisory and managerial skills
