Broad River Rehabilitation is a rapidly growing company providing rehabilitative therapy services to facilities in over 17 states. We are currently seeking full-time, entry-level, Human Resources MM1 Assistants to join our on-site team in Arden, NC! Candidates will be working primarily in onboarding, helping applicants through the process from signed offer letter to approved hire. Responsibilities include documentation tracking, data entry, and outstanding customer service. Opportunities for cross-training/advancement with Human Resources are available with successful experience.
Qualified candidates will exhibit strong attention to detail, a passion for learning, and critical thinking skills/adaptability.
Knowledge of general HR practices, federal and state employment laws, and intermediate level experience with MS Word and Excel are a plus. Preference will be given to applicants with Human Resources experience and/or certifications.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, and Teams
Excellent grammatical, clerical, and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Arden, NC
Vision and hearing correctible to within normal range
Dexterity sufficient for keyboarding and operating other office equipment
