Director of Finance requires:
Accounting, Strategic Financial Planning, Treasury Management, Payroll Administration
5 or more years in a management role in accounting
Experience with management and working collaboratively across different departments
Onsite
Business-minded leader who can translate financial data into meaningful insights, identify opportunities, and provide guidance that helps drive smart, strategic decisions across the firm.
DUTIES:
Strategic financial planning and business advisory
Accounts payable and company disbursements
Payroll and commission administration
Cash flow and treasury management
401(k) financial administration and reconciliation
HSA and employee benefits financial administration
Financial controls and process improvement
