Hours: 9 PM 5 AM (based on assignments)
Pay: $16 $19/hour
Overview:
Lead Cleaners supervise cleaning teams, train new staff, and ensure job quality at client sites across residential and commercial properties.
Duties:
Oversee cleaning teams and check quality before completion
Train new staff and verify safety standards
Report site issues or damages to city coordination team
Requirements:
Prior cleaning or leadership experience
Reliable transportation and punctuality
