Business Development Specialist ()

Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting companys product demand. Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales professionals. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer purchasing patterns to support strategic business development initiatives. Analyze sales data and monitor sales performance, profitability, and product category trends by channel, and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Develop and implement channel strategies by utilizing customer, shopper, and market intelligence to identify emerging market opportunities and support business growth. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying customer needs, evaluating customer feedback, supporting product promotion initiatives, and recommending solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and market penetration. Maintain and manage customer, product, and market intelligence databases to support business development initiatives, customer outreach activities, and strategic planning efforts. Prepare strategic business development reports and recommendations for management based on market research findings, sales performance data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales Management related is required.
