Position Overview
SWISH is hiring an Entry-Level Event Sales Representative for its Orlando, Florida market. This role is designed for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating face to face, and learning how to turn customer conversations into sales opportunities.
You will speak with prospective customers, learn what they need, explain available event solutions, answer questions, and help guide them through the decision-making process. Training and ongoing feedback are provided, making this a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
What Youll Do
Connect with prospective customers during face-to-face interactions.
Ask questions to understand customer needs, interests, and event goals.
Explain available services and present suitable options clearly.
Help customers evaluate choices and make informed purchasing decisions.
Follow up on active opportunities and maintain organized sales records.
Work with team members to communicate customer needs and event details.
Build positive relationships and provide a professional customer experience.
Participate in training and apply feedback to strengthen sales skills.
What Were Looking For
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations.
Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn through coaching.
Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other public-facing experience is helpful but not required.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Compensation
Full-time compensation: $45,000 per year, inclusive of bonuses.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Currently living in the United States.
Reliable commute to the Orlando, Florida work location.
Effective English communication.
Available to work the schedule required for the position.
