Job Title: .NET Tech Lead (GenAI Focus)

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6-12+ Months
Rate: $65/Hour

Experience: 8+ Years and Interview: Face-to-Face

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of software engineering experience
Strong expertise in system architecture & distributed systems
Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT) and GenAI systems
Deep understanding of RAG, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering
Strong proficiency in .NET / .NET Core backend development
Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
Experience in enterprise-grade, spec-driven development

Tech Stack:
Application: Angular, .NET, .NET Core (Python / FastAPI good to have)
Database: PostgreSQL
Architecture: Microservices, API orchestration, scalable systems
Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, CI/CD
AI / GenAI: Claude API, MCP, LLMs (GPT, Claude, Open source)
AI Patterns: RAG, Agentic AI, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering
