Job description

VETS Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support U.S. Army C5ISR Research, Technology, and Integration (RTI) efforts focused on modernization, emerging technologies, sensors, data processing, and advanced technology development.



The Program Manager will oversee research and development programs supporting Army and Joint Force modernization, with a focus on sensors and advanced C5ISR technologies.



Responsibilities



  • Manage complex sensor and R&D programs, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate technical efforts across government, industry, and research organizations.

  • Support sensor technology development, experimentation, prototyping, and transition.

  • Provide program status updates, briefings, and technical documentation to government leadership.

  • Support Army/DoD research initiatives and technical demonstrations.



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.

  • 10+ years of management experience.

  • 10+ years supporting research and development programs.

  • Experience with sensors, sensing technologies, or C5ISR systems.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and program management skills.

  • Active Top Secret clearance required.
