What You'll Be Doing
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis
- Partner with operations, sales, engineering, and executive leadership to drive profitability
- Lead strategic initiatives including operational improvements and acquisition integration
- Build stronger financial processes, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
- Develop and mentor the finance team while supporting future organizational growth
About You
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial organizations
- Ability to translate financial data to strategic business decisions
- Experience leading teams through growth and organizational change
