Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Hairstylist at Lilies & Spikes Kids and Teens Hair Salon and Spa, located in Oak Park, IL. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing hair care and styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair, and also nail, make up and spa services to children and teenagers The role involves advising clients on suitable hair care treatments and products, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and delivering excellent customer service to create a welcoming and positive experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hair Styling and Hair Care
• Possess a degree or certification in Cosmetology
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with children and teenagers
• Attention to detail and creativity in hair design
• Experience in a salon environment is a plus
• Ability to stand
