Customer Service Assistant - On-Site (USA)
Location: On-site - Multiple Locations Across the United States
Assignments may be local, regional, or hybrid depending on client requirements.
About the Role
We are hiring Customer Service Assistant to join our clients' teams across the U.S. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who enjoy helping customers, resolving inquiries, and supporting smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience is a plus, but training is provided for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and orders
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Process orders, returns, refunds, payments, or account updates
- Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues
- Ensure service standards and procedures are followed
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Your Profile
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused, reliable, and professional attitude
- Team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and data-entry proficiency
- Ability to work on-site across U.S. locations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
