Help customers across Toledo keep their buildings comfortable, safe, and efficient.

- Blend commissioning/start -up with diagnostics and repair-own the full lifecycle of system performance.

- Commission and start up rooftop packaged units and water-source heat pumps.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize commercial HVAC systems to deliver reliable comfort and efficiency.
- Document work thoroughly; keep customers informed; collaborate with teammates and mentor when needed.
- 5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.
- Technical knowledge of commercial air- conditioning/heating, water-source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged HVAC systems.
- Proven start-up/commissioning capability.
- Experience mentoring others on-site.
- EPA Universal certification.
- Your own hand tools and a clean driving record.
- OSHA 10-hour certification; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Master HVAC-R credential is a plus.
- Preferred manufacturer certifications: Aaon, Smart Chiller, Samsung, ClimaCool, ClimateMaster.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Self-directed, organized, and an effective communicator.

Estimated salary: $35/hourly - $60/hourly
