Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead janitorial and housekeeping operations across a multi-property portfolio on Oahu and neighboring Hawaiian islands. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing operations managers, maintaining consistent service standards, managing labor and operating expenses, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multi-site service operations, commercial cleaning, facilities management, or hospitality housekeeping. This individual must be capable of leading through other managers, improving operational efficiency, maintaining high service quality, and ensuring accountability across multiple properties. Applicants must currently reside in Hawaii.
