Maintenance Operations Lead

Onera Fredericksburg is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Maintenance Operations Lead to oversee daily maintenance activities, execute preventive maintenance programs, coordinate vendors, and support guest services and property operations. We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and follows through on responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, eager to learn, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on working lead position, not a traditional desk-based management role. The successful candidate will actively perform maintenance tasks while helping keep property operations running smoothly.
