The instrument technician will be responsible for detailed knowledge of the inter-departmental needs. They will coordinate/communicate daily instrument needs with mission partners and team leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Must be competent in proper cleaning, sterilizing and inspecting of instrumentation.
• Must be proficient and responsible for all aspects of the Immediate Use Sterilization process, as well and handling Biologic Indicator testing as needed.
• Fri/Sat/Sun 7:00am -7:30pm (3) 12 hour shifts

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Experience.
• 2 years Sterile Processing experience.
• Licensure/Certifications: Certification in sterile processing at the technician level or higher from an accredited organization Excellent communication skills Excellent prioritization/organization skills.
• Basic knowledge reading computer printouts and working from task list.
