Job description
What if the next chapter of your logistics career was something you helped build?
Dardini Logistics Services is looking for an experienced freight professional to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. We're not simply looking for another broker to fill another desk. We're looking for someone special.
We are a boutique logistics company built in one of the most demanding corners of transportation: high-value, temperature-controlled produce. Our customers trust us with freight where communication, execution and relationships matter every single day.
We don't want to approach that business by simply hiring someone to start dialing for dollars. We want to find someone who truly understands freight, bring them inside Dardini, teach them how we operate and give them the opportunity to help us build the next part of this company.
The Dardini Difference is real. It's difficult to explain from outside the walls because it's something you experience once you're inside them. That's why the person we're looking for needs more than a great resume. We want someone who knows brokerage inside and out. Someone who understands all freight, customers, carriers, pricing, capacity and operations. Someone who knows how to uncover opportunity inside a customer relationship and has the experience to turn that opportunity into a business.
We also want someone humble enough to walk through our doors knowing there are things they can teach us, and things they need to learn from us. Someone successful who doesn't need to tell everyone they're successful. Someone competitive who still wants the people around them to win. Someone who understands that great freight brokerage is a team sport. And someone who looks at what we've already built and thinks about what we could build together.
Sometimes the best opportunities aren't the ones you were searching for. And sometimes the best people don't come through the traditional channels.
We're looking for a logistics diamond. If you recognize yourself in this, we'd like to meet you.
You'll be taken to the employer's application page.
