Assistant PAC Compliance Manager

Job Description Job Description PAC Outsourcing LLC (), a team of campaign finance and election law professionals located in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking an Assistant Political Compliance Manager. Full-time, entry level, Monday through Friday. Salary plus comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Political compliance research supporting the firm's staff and clients
• Receipt processing, including currency and live checks
• Disbursement processing
• Database management and data entry
• Bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing and filing federal and state disclosure reports

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen
• BA/BS in accounting, business, political science, or related field
• Professionalism and trustworthiness
• Interest in politics or governmental transparency
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Information tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
• - Basic knowledge of the legislative process
