Renewal by Andersen, the locally owned premier window and door replacement company, is expanding our Waukesha team and looking for Neighborhood Marketing & Sales Associates.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a hands-on opportunity to develop valuable sales and communication skills. You'll travel with your team to residential communities throughout the area and speak directly with homeowners about their window and door needs.

Your goal is simple: create interest, build rapport, overcome objections, and schedule qualified homeowners for an in-home appointment with our Design team.

Performance-Based Compensation

Your results can directly influence your earnings.

• Starting base wage: $20/hour
• $500 Sign-On Bonus
• Wage increase opportunities beginning as early as 90 days
• Typical performers earn $55,000-$60,000 annually
• Top performers earn $65,000-$85,000+ annually
• Uncapped bonus opportunity

Your Day-to-Day

You'll report to our Waukesha office each weekday, meet with the team to discuss goals and strategies, and then travel in a company vehicle to assigned neighborhoods.

In the field, you will:

• Approach and engage homeowners
• Start conversations about their current windows and doors
• Explain Renewal by Andersen products and services
• Deliver engaging, easy-to-understand product information
• Navigate homeowner questions and objections
• Identify interested homeowners and schedule consultation appointments
• Track toward personal and team performance expectations
• Serve as a professional representative of Renewal by Andersen

Monday through Friday
10:00am-6:00pm
