HVAC Service Technician - Orlando $26-$34/hr base + commission on sales

What you'll do

• Run residential service and repair calls across the Orlando area (Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties)
• Diagnose the root cause with digital test instruments and record readings on a digital form on every call
• Present repair and replacement options on the spot from our flat-rate price book, with prices up front
• No pushy upselling: honest recommendations, and the customer chooses
• Work from a company ServiceTitan tablet for dispatch, forms, photos, estimates and payment
• Keep homes clean and treat customers with respect

Pay

• $26-$34/hr base, depending on experience
• Plus commission on sales: repairs and systems sold from our price book

Schedule and start

• Monday-Friday, plus rotating Saturdays
• Start: ASAP

Requirements

• EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred)
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostics: electrical, airflow, and refrigerant charge
• Clear, friendly communication with homeowners
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• ServiceTitan experience
• Experience selling from a flat-rate price book
• NATE certification; A2L refrigerant (R-454B / R-32) experience
