Job Summary
We are hiring a Welder for a client in South Fulton, GA. This is a day shift, temp-to-hire opportunity starting at $18/hr. You will weld and fabricate parts to spec in a production environment.
Responsibilities
Weld metal parts and assemblies according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Set up and operate welding equipment
Fit, tack, and align components before welding
Inspect finished welds for quality and correct defects
Grind, cut, and clean parts as needed
Read and follow job specifications and measurements
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Keep the work area clean and organized
Must Haves
Previous welding experience
Ability to read and follow blueprints or work orders
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Reliable transportation to South Fulton, GA
Ability to work day shift on a consistent schedule
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, lifting, and working in a shop environment
Preferred Skills
Welding certification
MIG, TIG, or stick welding experience
Experience in manufacturing or fabrication
