As a Lawn Care Technician, you will maintain residential lawns, commercial properties, mixed properties, and HOA communities while delivering high-quality lawn and landscape services. The role includes routine service updates, consultative recommendations, full account management, and limited customer interaction as appropriate. You will also support seasonal cleanups, aeration and overseeding, irrigation repairs, and shrub and hedge care, with opportunities to advance to Lead Technician or Crew Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns across assigned properties.
• Apply fertilizer and perform weed control treatments.
• Manage pests and identify common lawn and landscape issues.
• Inspect irrigation systems and complete irrigation repairs.
• Perform seasonal cleanups, aeration, and overseeding.
• Provide shrub and hedge care.
• Maintain equipment and manage assigned service routes.
• Communicate routine service updates and provide consultative recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lawn care and landscaping.
• Experience operating commercial mowing equipment and string trimmers.
• Knowledge of fertilizer application, weed identification, pest control, and irrigation systems.
• Equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina for outdoor lawn and landscape work.
