Summary: A luxury interior products manufacturer in Miami is seeking an HR Manager to oversee and develop their HR initiatives. This employee would be the only member on the HR team and will have support from the accounting team on weekly payroll processing. Responsibilities: Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Oversee Employee Handbook Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, experience with US immigration visas is a plus. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in the HR field in lieu of HR management experience Experience working for a manufacturing company is heavily desired. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
