COMPENSATION

On-target earnings (OTE, base + commission):

• Year 1: $100,000-$150,000+

• Year 2: $150,000-$250,000

• Year 3: $250,000-$400,000+

How it's paid:

• Year 1: $60,000 base salary + uncapped commission

• Year 2 onward: $36,000 base salary + uncapped commission. Your base steps down after your first year, once you've built your own book of business.

• Warm leads provided: you'll work inbound leads from people who already raised their hand.

OTE assumes you hit target. Commission depends on your results and isn't guaranteed.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Every lead you call already raised their hand. They asked about our real estate, business, or wealth-creation programs. Your job is to reach them quickly, find out what they want, and get them booked with our senior advisors. If you love the phone and want a solid base salary while you build, this seat is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call, email, and follow up with warm inbound leads

• Ask the right questions to understand each lead's goals and qualify them

• Book qualified appointments with our senior advisors and confirm them

• Hit your daily and monthly appointment targets

• Keep every conversation and appointment up to date in the CRM

• Sharpen your skills daily through ongoing sales training

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1+ year of sales experience (phone sales is a plus)

• A strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport fast

• A track record of hitting goals

• A coachable, competitive, hungry 10X mindset

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday, 8:20 AM-6:00 PM, on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, plus event weekends (a minimum of two per month).
