Water-City Blaze is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns throughout Tampa.
Working directly with customers, you'll introduce mobile phones, wireless plans, connected devices, and high-speed connectivity solutions that help people stay connected at home, at work, and on the move.
Every day gives you the opportunity to meet new people, build confidence, and develop valuable customer service and sales skills while representing products that customers use every day.
No previous experience is required. Full training is provided.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work in customer-facing environments where you'll meet people, understand what they're looking for, and help them explore mobile technology solutions that fit their lifestyle.
Whether someone is upgrading their phone, looking for a better wireless plan, or adding connected devices to their account, you'll guide them through their options and ensure they receive a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Working alongside experienced team members, you'll gain practical experience in customer service, face-to-face sales, and customer engagement while building valuable communication skills.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Speaking directly with customers in face-to-face environments
• Demonstrating mobile devices, wireless plans, and connectivity solutions
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services
• Supporting customer registrations and account setup
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service throughout each interaction
• Working with your team to achieve campaign goals
• Participating in ongoing coaching and development
