HVAC Service Technician

Cleveland, OH $25-$45 per Hour
Full-Time, Permanent Position

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Identify electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant-related issues.
• Test equipment after repairs to confirm safe and proper operation.
• Explain service findings and recommended repairs clearly to customers.
• Complete accurate service reports and document work performed.
• Coordinate with dispatch and service management regarding scheduling, parts, and customer needs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC service and repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• EPA Section 608 certification appropriate to the equipment serviced.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
• Valid driver's license and dependable attendance.

Compensation & Employment

• $25-$45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio.
