Assist experienced plumbers with installations, maintenance, and service work
Help install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, and related equipment
Prepare materials, tools, and supplies for daily jobs
Load and unload equipment and materials
Learn basic plumbing techniques and troubleshooting procedures
Assist with measuring, cutting, and preparing plumbing materials
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Follow instructions and established safety procedures
Support team members in completing jobs efficiently and correctly
Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
No previous plumbing experience necessary
Interest in learning plumbing and building a career in the skilled trades
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable using hand and power tools or learning how to use them
Ability to perform physically active work
Willingness to follow directions and learn from experienced professionals
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Availability to work overtime when needed
Previous experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse operations, or other hands-on work is helpful but not required.
